i found the staff super nice. the location worked well since i needed a place close to the airport. the room had coffee and dates upon arrival (a thoughtful touch).

i experienced a delay for hot water from the taps. i had to wait a bit longer than expected for it to heat up. this was slightly inconvenient in the mornings.

the check-in process dragged on forever. i suspect the staff hadn't quite mastered their roles. it seemed like they were still figuring things out. also, the air conditioning unit emitted a peculiar odor. it reminded me of old socks airing out. not exactly the scent i was hoping for.
